Rattling windows from howling gales
The roof shaking from falling hail
Trees uprooted and falling down
Rivers flooding all over town
Debris scattered for miles around
Cars upturned and power down
Animals scurry shelter to find
All with safety of children in mind
People on roofs everything gone
Lashed with the wind holding on
Bodies float by, not only man
Destruction as only nature can
The power of the stormy rage
Her cruelty acted on a human stage
Tentacles of death far and wide
Destroying all in her mighty stride.
